What happens after my first contact?
We try to respond to all emails or voice messages as they come in and the longest response time we’ve had so far is 2 hours. We respond to all emails or voice messages sent after 8pm first thing the following morning.

How much deposit do you demand ?
We demand 20% of package price as down deposit to secure our service and this amount will be deducted from the total payment when you make your final payment. All payments could be made by Cheque, Bank - to - Bank Transfer or by card through PayPal See Price List.

When do I pay the balance?
The remaining balance could be paid by instalments if you wish, but please note that full payment must be made no later than 10 days prior to your wedding date.

Who will photograph my wedding?
Your wedding will normally be photographed by the photographer dealing with your booking; could be Leo, Valerie or Andy. We only use two or more photographers in big weddings with more than 200 people and the package must be Diamond Plus or higher.

Describe your photography style?
Most of the shots we take on your wedding day are photojournalistic – capturing those best moments and telling the story of the wedding from start to finish. We also do some stunning portraits for the couple and various bridal parties, family, friends and any other group shots you wish to have. We LISTEN to our clients and discuss their needs with them.

What is photojournalism?
A photojournalistic shot is simply a photograph taken of a person who has no idea their picture is being taken...a photograph that captures a real, honest moment of your day.

How many photos will you take?
We will take between 100-800 unique shots on the day of your wedding depending on your package. We obviously take more shots if there are two photographers shooting over the course of the day. We like to provide our clients with a good number of photos to choose from.
